Move your money

You can let your employer know you want your salary deposited into your new account. Just share Suncorp Bank's BSB (484-799) along with your account number and name.

In the Suncorp Bank App, use the ‘Share’ button on your account screen next to your account details.

Alternatively, look for ‘Set up salary deposit’ under ‘Payments’ in the App, or simply download this Salary Credit Form (PDF, 42KB) to share with your employer.

Get tapping (and paying)

Your Visa Debit card is ready to go. You can upload it to your digital wallet to make secure payments using your smartphone or watch. To get started, log into the Suncorp Bank App and tap on ‘Cards’ in the menu bar.

Your physical card should arrive about a week after you opened your account. There’s no need to activate your new card.

All you will need to do is set your card PIN via the Suncorp Bank App or Internet Banking.

Create a PayID^

With PayID, it’s easier than ever to share your details and get paid. A PayID is a unique identifier, such as a mobile phone number or an email address, that’s linked to an eligible bank account.

To create a PayID for your new account, log into the Suncorp Bank App, tap on ‘More’ in the menu bar, then tap ‘Payments’.

Import payees the easy way

Save time by importing payee details from other accounts using our free account switching tool.

Just log into Internet Banking and scroll to the bottom of the account list. Click on ‘Import payees and billers you have stored at other banks’ and follow the simple directions.
