What is my Customer ID?

Your Customer ID (CID) is the number given to you when you become a Suncorp Bank customer. You’ll need to use your CID when logging into our online banking channels.

If you forget your CID, you can recover it from the Internet Banking log in screen. You’ll need:

  • your account number, which you can find on a recent statement   
  • the mobile phone registered to your account.

Then simply go to the Internet Banking login screen and follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘Forgot your Customer ID?’.
  2. Enter your details and follow the prompts.
  3. We’ll send a verification code to your registered mobile phone. Enter the code and your CID will be displayed on the screen.

You can also find your CID in the welcome email you received from Suncorp Bank when you became a customer. If you don’t have a registered mobile number or you’re not able to recover your CID for any other reason, please contact us on 13 11 75.
