What do I do if my debit card is broken or I need a replacement?
If your current debit card isn’t working or gets damaged, you can request a replacement card by sending us a Secure Message in Internet Banking with the last 4 digits of the card number you want to replace. You can keep using your current debit card through your digital wallet and it’ll automatically update when we send your replacement. Find out how to set up your digital wallet.
If your debit card is about to expire, you don’t need to do anything - we’ll send you an SMS notification and a new card around a month before the expiry date.
If you’re waiting for a replacement, you can check your card’s delivery status in the Suncorp Bank App.
