Where can I find and view copies of my eStatements?

For active accounts you can access eStatements issued since 1 July 2013 in the Suncorp Bank App and Internet Banking. You may need to update your eStatements preferences first.

To view eStatements in the Suncorp Bank App: 

1. Select an account from the 'Accounts' screen.
2. Tap 'eStatements'. 

To view eStatements in Internet Banking:

1. Click ‘eStatements’ in the left-hand menu to see a list of available statements.  

You’ll only be able to view eStatements for accounts that you have permission to access.  

Accessing eStatments issued before 1 July 2013

For copies of eStatements issued prior to 1st July 2013, send us a secure message via Internet Banking or contact us and we’ll organise for them to be sent to you free of charge.

Accessing eStatements for closed accounts

If eStatements were enabled at the time the account was closed then you can still view copies issued since 1 July 2013 through Internet Banking, as long as you haven’t deactivated online banking.

If you can’t see eStatements for your closed account, you may need to re-add your account to Internet Banking before you can view your old eStatements.
