How would I check the direct debits and recurring payments I’ve set up?

You can call us on 13 11 75 or visit a Suncorp Bank branch to request a list of the following regular payment types:

• Direct Debit
• Recurring Payments
• Direct Credit
• Periodical transfers

The list will be sent to your nominated mailing address within 5 business days of you requesting it. So, it’s also a good idea to double check which mailing address we have on file for you.
