To cancel a Direct Debit, you can either:

• Speak to us via Live Chat within the Suncorp Bank App
• Send us a secure message through Internet Banking
• Call us on 13 11 75
• Visit a Suncorp Bank branch
• Fill out a Direct Debit Stop/Cancellation Request Form and bring it to a Suncorp Bank branch. Remember to select ‘Cancel Direct Debit’ in the request type.
