Sharing your TFN is important because if you haven’t provided us with a Tax File Number or Tax Exemption Reason, we’re required to deduct tax from any interest we pay to you at the highest marginal tax rate. 

Provide or update your Tax File Number (TFN) via the Suncorp Bank App:

1. Log in to the Suncorp Bank App
2. Select the 'More' tab in the menu bar
3. Tap 'Provide/Update Tax File Number (TFN)' and follow the prompts
