Sharing your Tax File Number is important because if you haven’t provided us with a TFN or TFN exemption, we’re required to deduct tax from any interest we pay to you at the highest marginal tax rate.

You can submit a request to update your Tax File Number (TFN) or exemption in the Suncorp Bank App:

1. Log in to the Suncorp Bank App.
2. Tap 'More' in the menu bar, then select 'Profile'.
3. Tap 'Tax File Number (TFN)' and follow the prompts.
