How can I request a Proof of Balance with the Suncorp Bank App?

To request Proof of Balance using the Suncorp Bank App: 

  1. Log into the Suncorp Bank App and tap 'More' in the menu bar.
  2. Select 'Accounts', then select 'Request Proof of Balance'.
  3. Select the account(s) and tap confirm. 

Remember - a Proof of Balance is not a statement. eStatements for eligible accounts are available via Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
