How can I request a Proof of Balance with the Suncorp Bank App?

To request Proof of Balance using the Suncorp Bank App: 

  1. Log in to the Suncorp Bank App 
  2. In the ‘Accounts’ tab in the menu bar, tap the 'cog wheel' in the top left corner to open 'Manage banking’
  3. Tap ‘Request a Proof of Balance’ and follow the prompts 

Remember - a Proof of Balance is not a statement. eStatements for eligible accounts are available via Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
