How can I request a Proof of Balance with the Suncorp Bank App?
If you need to provide evidence of your current account balance, for example for a Centrelink claim or home loan application, you can request a Proof of Balance document in the Suncorp Bank App.
To request Proof of Balance using the Suncorp Bank App:
- Log into the Suncorp Bank App and tap 'More' in the menu bar.
- Select 'Accounts', then select 'Request Proof of Balance'.
- Select the account(s) and tap confirm.
Remember - a Proof of Balance is not a statement. eStatements for eligible accounts are available via Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
