Someone is trying to send me money, but they are getting a ‘no match’ or ‘close match’ outcome. What should I do?

You’ll need to provide the payer with your full account name, BSB and account number. This information can be found on your bank statement – be sure to provide the payer with the exact name the statement is addressed to.

You may be able to find your bank statements in the Suncorp Bank App or in Internet Banking.

Payments can still be made after a ‘no match’ or ‘close match’ outcome – so long as the payer is confident the details are correct. Please ensure you provide payers with the correct account details, as it may not be possible to recover funds paid to an incorrect account.
