I am trying to pay someone but I’m getting a ‘No Match’ outcome. What should I do?
You should check the account name, BSB and account number with the recipient to ensure the details you have entered are correct.
Payments can still be made regardless of the Confirmation of Payee match outcome, except when the response is ‘Account is no longer active’, which means that the account is closed.
Always take steps to make sure you know who you are paying, as scammed funds or mistaken payments may be difficult to retrieve.
