How can I update my Suncorp Brands marketing and communication preferences? 

There are two ways to opt-in to receive Suncorp Brands marketing communications.

Via Internet Banking

1. Log in to Internet Banking with your Client ID and password.
2. Select ‘Settings & Security’.
3. Click ‘Marketing preferences.’
4. Select your preferred communication methods

Via the Suncorp Bank App

• Log into the App.​
• Tap ‘More’ in the menu bar, then select ‘Preferences’.​
• Select ‘Marketing preferences.’
• Turn on ‘receive marketing emails’.
