How do I withdraw money from my Carbon Insights Account?
You can use your debit card to withdraw cash from your Carbon Insights main account at an ATM or in-store EFTPOS terminal (e.g., your local grocery store). You will not be able to withdraw cash over the counter at Suncorp Bank branches.
To help protect you and your money from theft and fraud, the combined daily cash withdrawal limit for ATMs and in-store EFTPOS is $1,000 cash per day per card. This limit can be increased to $2,000 per day per card by sending us a Secure Message in Internet Banking. Please be aware that by increasing your cash withdrawal limit, you will increase your liability in the event of unauthorised transactions.
