How do I add sub-accounts to an existing Carbon Insights Account?

You can open a sub-account and add it to your existing Carbon Insights Account easily through Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.

To add a sub-account through the Suncorp Bank App:

1. Log in and tap ‘+ New account’ under the 'Accounts' section.
2. Select ‘Everyday Accounts’, then 'Carbon Insights Sub-Accounts'.
3. Tap ‘Open now’ and follow the prompts.

To add a sub-account through Internet Banking:

1. Log in and select ‘Open new account/loan’ from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the ‘Everyday Accounts’ tile.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Carbon Insights Sub-Account’ section and click ‘Add Sub-Account’.
4. Follow the prompts and select how many sub-accounts you’d like to open and name away!
