Temporarily lock or set up restrictions on your Visa Debit card
It’s easy to set a temporary lock on your Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card if you misplace it. This won’t cancel your card, but will prevent any activity on it. Ready to use your card again? Simply unlock it. Easy!
You can also use the App to set up Visa Debit card restrictions on:
- Most gambling services
- Visa payWave payments
- Internet transactions, and
- Overseas in-store payments.
Report your Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card as lost or stolen and order a replacement
In just a few taps, you can report your Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card as lost or stolen and order a replacement card.
You’ll receive a new card by post within seven business days. While you wait for it, you can use the digital version of your replacement card.
Your replacement card will automatically update in your Digital Wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay) if you previously had it set up. If you haven’t set up your card on Apple Pay or Google Pay previously, don’t worry, you can still add your replacement card using the Suncorp Bank App.
Fast payments and PayID
With the Suncorp Bank App, you can send money to and from eligible bank accounts in near real time.
This new fast payment service is called Osko++. It’s automatic for payments made via the Suncorp Bank App from most Suncorp Bank personal and business accounts to another account when using a PayID or to eligible accounts at other Osko participating banks when using a BSB and account number.
You can also use the Suncorp Bank App to set up a PayID in connection with most personal accounts^. A PayID is a unique identifier, such as your mobile number or email address, that you link to your account. Using a PayID to receive an Osko payment can be easier than using your BSB and account number, if the person paying you is permitted by their bank to pay to a PayID.
Step 1.
Login to the App, click on the ‘cog wheel’ at the top left corner of the Accounts tab and select ‘Pay ID’.
Step 2.
Tap ‘Create PayID’, read and accept the PayID Terms and Conditions, and choose your eligible mobile number or email address to register for PayID.
Step 3.
Select the account to link your PayID with, confirm your details, and tap ‘Create PayID’.
Step 4.
A one time verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code, tap ‘Next’, and then a message will pop up saying that your PayID has been created successfully.
Add your card to Apple Pay® or Google Pay™
Use your phone’s digital wallet to make secure payments on the go.
iPhone user?
Log in to the Suncorp Bank App, tap on the 'Cards' icon in the menu bar, choose the card then tap ‘Add to Apple Wallet’.
or
Open the Apple Wallet app and click ‘Add card’. Follow the prompts to add your card.
Android™ user?
Log in to the Suncorp Bank App, tap on the 'Cards' icon in the menu bar, choose the card and then tap 'Add to Google Pay'.
or
Open Google Wallet and tap the + sign in the bottom right corner. Then capture your card information by taking a photo or entering details manually.
Manage recurring / future payments
Manage all immediate, future and recurring payments from your eligible Suncorp Bank accounts on the Suncorp Bank App. You’ll get notified if anything doesn’t go through.
Plan ahead and set up future dated payments so you can choose to pay someone on your specified date. You can make regular and ongoing payments using Transfer, Pay Someone or BPAY. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly recurring payments.
Financial fitness
Use the Suncorp Bank App to help you get financially fit. The Suncorp Bank Dollar Tracker is great for planning your long-term financial goals, plus you can see where you’re spending your money. You can track and categorise connected Suncorp Bank account transactions into 14 expense categories, such as food, energy bills and entertainment. Pretty cool, huh?
Easily set or reset your Debit card PIN
Easily set your new Suncorp Bank Visa Debit or eftpos Debit card PIN in the Manage Cards section of the Suncorp Bank App. You can follow the same steps to reset your PIN.
- Log in to the Suncorp Bank App
- Tap on the ‘Cards’ icon in the menu bar
- Choose the card and select ‘Set Card PIN’
For security reasons a mobile phone number is required to receive a temporary password to allow you to set your PIN. If your mobile phone number is not registered in Online Banking or has recently changed, you will need to contact us to update your contact number before using the self-service option to set your PIN.
Payment notifications
Get notified when money comes into or goes out of your eligible†, nominated accounts.
- View your payment notification history for up to 7 days.
- Identify unrecognised or unusual outgoing payment activity.
- Tap a notification to access your transaction history and account balance.
- Easily track your notifications by setting up account nicknames.
Register for home loan Cashback redraw
In just a few taps, you can request to enable the Online Cashback feature or request a once-off Cashback on eligible Suncorp Bank home loans via the Suncorp Bank App.
Once approved for Online Cashback you’ll be able to redraw available advance funds from your home loan using either the Suncorp Bank App or Internet Banking.
Once approved for a once-off Cashback payment the funds will be deposited into your nominated transaction account.

Osko fast payments cannot be made from or to Passbook accounts, loan accounts (other than line of credit and overdraft facilities), Farm Management Deposit Accounts, PayLater accounts and Fixed Term Deposits. Osko fast payments cannot be made from Kids Savings Accounts, Agent’s Statutory Trust Accounts (QLD, NSW) and Solicitor’s Trust Accounts (QLD) but can be made to them. Staff assisted Osko fast payments cannot be made in branch from Carbon Insights Account and Sub-Accounts, Everyday Options Sub-Accounts, Business Saver Accounts or eOptionsAccounts. Payments from an Account which requires 2 or more persons to sign to withdraw, future-dated and recurring payments and Business Payment Credits will not be made as an Osko fast payment.
