Management rights

Dedicated Management Rights Finance Specialists can assist with products and support you through the purchasing process.

What are management rights?

A Management Rights business involves the owner of the business living on the premises of a Community Title Scheme, acting as caretaker and letting agent of the scheme. Basically, you purchase the business, which comes with a residence in the complex, and are then responsible for the management and well-being of the complex. In most cases, you will receive a salary from the Body Corporate or other applicable association for your work, and commission and ancillary income for letting apartments.

Understanding what needs to be done, why and when, can ensure that there are no ‘surprises’ or unnecessary delays. Having an experienced Management Rights Finance Specialists to guide you along the way can be invaluable. Purchasing management rights is a complex process, but it doesn’t need to be a stressful one.
