Yes, Suncorp Bank are committed to completing the assessments for all existing home loan applications. Your lender or broker will contact you to advise you of any status updates.
If you had an existing pre-approval with Suncorp Bank, we notified you that from the 4 October 2026, your Pre-Approval will expire and will not be extended or reinstated. If you have already submitted a full home loan application prior to this date, your lender or broker will contact you to advise you of any status updates. For now, there are no changes for customers with Fixed Rate Loans and if your fixed rate period is ending, you can either re-fix your loan or switch to a variable rate.
