We understand this may be a challenging time for you and we are here to support. ​

This form can be used to apply for financial assistance for the following Suncorp Bank accounts: 

  • Home Loans
  • Formal Overdrafts
  • Asset Lines / Lines of Credit 
  • Personal Loans

Please fill out the application form as much as you can. The information you provide will help us to consider ways we can help. Don’t worry if you’re unable to answer some questions, our team will contact you as soon as we receive your application. ​

​You can exit the application at any point, however, please note that any details entered so far will not be saved.​

This will take between 15-20 minutes


Before you start on your application, we suggest you gather information relating to:​

  • Your income, expense and employment status
  • What you own
  • What you owe, including loans and credit cards with other lenders
  • If you expect any changes to your situation in the future​​​

Is your request related to only Business Banking products?​​

If your financial difficulty request relates to only Business Banking products, we kindly ask you to complete the Request for Financial Assistance (Business Applicants Only) PDF form instead and email to Smallbuscustomercare@suncorpbank.com.au

Do you have Consumer Credit Insurance (CCI)?​

If you have Consumer Credit Insurance, Life insurance or any other type of personal insurance which may protect you in the event of illness, injury, loss of income or death, you may be covered for the event you are experiencing. This may have been taken out when your credit/loan facility was opened. If you have taken Consumer Credit Insurance (CCI) with TAL/Asteron Life, please call them on 1800 024 812.​
