How will I know when a new or replacement debit card is on the way and how long it will take to arrive?
If you’re expecting a new or replacement debit card, you can use the Suncorp Bank App to check the address where your card will be delivered and standard delivery timeframes.
- Tap on the ‘Cards’ tab in the menu bar and select your Visa Debit card.
- Under the ‘Other Card Details’ section, tap ‘Check card delivery details’.
- Follow the prompts.
We will notify you via SMS when your card has been mailed to you. It can take up to 7 business days from when you receive your SMS to receive your new card.
