What if I want to use a hard token instead of Suncorp Bank Secured App?

If you don’t have a compatible smart phone or aren’t able to use Suncorp Bank Secured App please give us a call on 13 11 75 to order a hard token.  Please note that this can take a few weeks to be delivered and does cost $20.
