We’ve made a change to how you can log into the Suncorp Bank App
We’re always looking for ways to make banking a little simpler.
Now you’ll use a single password to log in across all our online banking channels:
- The Suncorp Bank App
- Internet Banking
- The Suncorp Bank Secured App
If you currently use a different password for the Suncorp Bank App than for Internet Banking, you’ll need to use your Internet Banking password for the App too.
Forgot your Internet Banking password? Want to reset it?
You can quickly reset it online. You’ll need:
- your Customer ID (what’s this?)
- the mobile phone registered to your account.
Then follow the steps below:
- Go to the Internet Banking login screen and click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Enter your details and follow the prompts.
- We’ll send a verification code to your registered mobile number. Enter the verification code and create your new password.
What’s my Customer ID (CID)?
You received a unique Customer ID when you became a Suncorp Bank customer.
You can quickly recover it online. You’ll need:
- your account number, which you can find on a recent statement
- the mobile phone registered to your account.
Then follow the steps below:
- Go to the Internet Banking login screen and click on ‘Forgot your Customer ID?’
- Enter your details and follow the prompts.
- We’ll send a verification code to your registered mobile phone. Enter the code and your CID will be displayed on the screen.
If you don’t have a registered mobile number or you’re not able to recover your password or CID for any other reason, please contact us on 13 11 75.

Important: Suncorp Bank will never ask you to share your online banking password or any other password including one-time passwords (OTPs) we send by SMS. Do not disclose passwords to anyone, not even a caller claiming to be from Suncorp Bank or another organisation.
