New card information for Personal Customers

Is my Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card changing to MyCard?

Yes, as part of the end of the arrangement between NAB and Suncorp, all personal Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards are being rebranded to MyCard, provided your account is in good standing (e.g. your account is open, not in default, suspended or closed).

You and any additional Suncorp Bank Clear Options cardholder(s) will receive a new MyCard Credit Card in the mail.

NAB will continue to be the credit provider and issuer of MyCard Credit Cards.

Will my Credit Card work the same as it does today?

Yes, your Credit Card will continue to operate as it does today, allowing you to make purchases, pay bills and access your funds. Your PIN will not change.  Future changes will be communicated to you in writing.

What will happen to my recurring payments?

If you have received a Credit Card with a new expiry date, you will need to change any recurring payments you currently have, after you have activated your new card. You will need to contact your merchants and change your existing recurring payments to your new Credit Card.

If you receive a Credit Card without any changes to the Credit Card number or the expiry date of the card, your account is not impacted.

How do I activate a MyCard?

To activate a new MyCard, visit Credit Card Services in Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.

Here’s how:

  1. Log into Internet Banking.
  2. Click on ‘Go to Credit Card Services’ (the link beneath your credit card number).
  3. Select ‘Activate My Card’ on the Credit Card Services homepage.

In Credit Card Services, you can also view and redeem rewards (if applicable) and access other card services.

Will customers Interest Free Days or Interest Rate change?

No, at this time there are no changes to existing interest free days or interest rates. Customers will be informed in writing of any future changes to interest free periods. Changes to interest rates will be communicated to customers in the usual manner.

What does this mean for my data sharing arrangement?

Will my authorised Accredited Data Recipient still be able to access my credit card's data?

Will I still be able to see my credit card's data sharing arrangement in my Consumer Dashboard in the Suncorp Bank App?
