Keeping your account open
To keep your account open, you'll need to agree to a change to your Carbon Insights Account terms and conditions in the Suncorp Bank App on or before 25 March 2026.
If you don’t agree to the change on or before this date, your account will close on 31 March 2026. You can also choose to close your account earlier if you prefer.
