After careful consideration, Suncorp Bank has decided that from 14 November 2025, it will no longer accept new applications for the Carbon Insights Account.
Is anything changing for existing Carbon Insights Account holders?
No, at this time, nothing is changing for our current Carbon Insights Account customers. You can keep using your Carbon Insights Account as you normally would, with no changes to the account’s features and benefits.
Are other Suncorp Bank everyday accounts changing?
Our Everyday Options and Everyday Essentials Accounts will continue to be available to new applicants.
