Feel Good Rewards is a rewards program which provides cashback paid into your Eligible Account when you meet the Eligibility Criteria as set out in the Account Terms and Conditions.

You can make purchases** with any of your Eligible Cards‡ and get cashback with Feel Good Rewards. An Eligible Card is a Suncorp Bank Visa Debit card linked to a Suncorp Bank personal transaction account.
An Eligible Account does not include Suncorp Bank Growth Saver Account, Kids Savings Account or Suncorp Bank PayLater Account.
I’m not enrolled to receive marketing communications from Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries . Am I still eligible for the Feel GoodRewards?
If you hold an Eligible Account with an Eligible Card‡ and you are 18 years of age or older, you will automatically be eligible for enrolment into the Feel Good Rewards program.
You can be eligible for the Feel Good Rewards program and not receive email marketing communications from the Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries or email marketing communications from the Feel Good Rewards program. However, if you would like to receive email marketing communications from Feel Good Rewards, including the newest offers, you must consent to receive email marketing communications from Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries.
There are two ways to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries.
Via Internet Banking
- Log in to Internet Banking with your Client ID and password.
- Select ‘Settings & Security’.
- Click ‘Marketing preferences.’
- Turn on ‘receive marketing emails’.
Via Suncorp Bank App
- Log in to the App
- Tap ‘More’ on the bottom right corner of the home screen.
- Select ‘Marketing preferences.’
- Turn on ‘receive marketing emails’.
If you are eligible and want to opt-out or opt-in (only if you have previously opted out and still meet the Eligibility Criteria) to Feel Good Rewards, you can complete the ‘Feel Good Rewards opt-out/opt-in Form’ located on our website Product Information Documents & Forms.
Opting out from Feel Good Rewards means you will not receive cashback on any purchases where you may be eligible for cashback.
Please keep in mind these requests will take effect within 20 calendar days.

No. Feel Good Rewards eligible cards are Visa Debit cards linked to a Suncorp Bank personal transaction account (“Eligible Account”). An Eligible Account does not include Suncorp Bank Growth Saver Account, Kids Savings Account or Suncorp Bank PayLater Account.

† A Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card is required. Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Cards are not available to overseas residents, Trustee accounts, accounts where the number to sign to operate is two or more (no form of card access is allowed) or minors. Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Cards must have an account linked as Primary Credit Relationship. Each customer may only have one Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card per Primary Credit account.
To be eligible for a Suncorp Bank Visa Debit Card you must be 16 years of age or older. If not eligible you will receive a Suncorp Bank EFTPOS Card.

** An eligible purchase is one completed via the Visa network with your eligible card, that satisfies the terms and conditions associated with each offer as provided by each participating merchant from time to time. You can choose the Visa network when prompted to do so, or selecting "credit” when completing a debit card transaction or using Visa payWave. Purchases made using an online payment platform (such as PayPal) are not eligible, even when an eligible card is linked to that online payment platform.
^ The period for a cashback to be paid to your Eligible Account is typically 7 days, but in some cases may take up to 90 days from the day the purchase is made by you. This period is determined by the merchant and is detailed by the merchant within each cashback offer terms and condition
