Suncorp Bank Announces Customer Move to ANZ

Suncorp Bank today announced to its 1.2 million customers, brokers and aggregators that their banking will move to ANZ, bringing together the strengths of both banks while maintaining the trusted support customers value throughout the transition.

The communication marks an important milestone in bringing the two banks together under a single ANZ brand. Suncorp Bank customers, brokers and aggregators will move to ANZ's banking products, services and digital platforms by June 2027.  

As part of the move, customers, brokers and aggregators will gain access to ANZ's extensive national network of banking specialists and branches, advanced anti-fraud technology, and the continued support of the trusted Suncorp Bank teams they know and value.

Suncorp Bank CEO and ANZ Managing Director Queensland Bruce Rush said the milestone represents the next chapter for customers while maintaining the service and support they value.

"Today marks an important step as we begin informing customers about what it means for Suncorp Bank to become ANZ.

To support customers, Suncorp Bank has launched a dedicated Move Hub, providing information about the transition, answers to frequently asked questions and ongoing support resources. Customers can visit suncorpbank.com.au/movetoanz for the latest information. Regular updates will also be shared through the Suncorp Bank App and Internet Banking.
