Suncorp Bank is becoming ANZ.
This means, in the future, Suncorp Bank accounts will move to ANZ.
Why is the move happening?
As a result of ANZ’s acquisition of Suncorp Bank in July 2024, your accounts will move to ANZ, and you will bank with ANZ.
You’ll have access to ANZ’s network of banking specialists and branches, digital banking services and security features. Suncorp Bank and ANZ teams are working hard behind the scenes to help make the move to ANZ as smooth as possible.
What can I expect over the coming months?
Over the next several months, we’ll keep our Move Hub updated with information about what the move to ANZ will mean for your accounts. You’ll also receive updates directly from ANZ. It’s important to keep your contact details up to date so we can get in touch with you about the move. You can update your details in the Suncorp Bank App or Internet Banking, or by calling us or dropping by a Suncorp Bank branch.
We understand this is a change to your banking, and you may have questions about what it means for you. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
Check the changes to your loans
If you have a Suncorp Bank home loan or business loan (excluding equipment finance, business overdraft and line of credit), we’ll write to you soon to give early information about some key changes in how loans will work after the move to ANZ. The changes will depend on the loan type and its features.
When you receive the letter or email explaining some key changes that apply to your loan, please read it carefully.
ANZ will also write to you in upcoming months with details of your move, including key changes to your accounts.

Are you a business customer with specific digital banking needs?
If your business currently relies on online banking features such as:
- multiple authorisers for payments
- high payment or transaction limits
- support for specific accounts through a banking platform; or
- more complex payment, user access or administration requirements,
you may need ANZ Internet Banking for Business or ANZ Transactive Global to continue accessing similar services to those you currently have at Suncorp Bank after the move. This is because these features will not be available on the ANZ App or ANZ Internet Banking. ANZ will be in touch if this applies to you.
If you missed the call from ANZ or would like more information, please call 1800 351 663 for any business banking enquiries or 13 31 99 for Transactive Global.

- share sensitive banking details like passwords or PINs
- click a link in an email or SMS about the move to ANZ, including a link to log in to your account
