Why update your phone or tablet?

You can enhance your device’s security and your Suncorp Bank App features when you update to the latest version of the App. It should only take a few minutes. Find out how below.

Customers with devices using Android 6

  • Please update your Android device to a recent version (Android 7 or higher) by 23 April 2024. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the Suncorp Bank App as your device does not support the minimum requirements.
  • Find out how to check and update your Android version on the Google Android Help website.
  • Already updated your device? Get the latest version of the Suncorp Bank App on Google Play.

Some older Android devices aren't compatible with Android 7 or higher. If that's the case, you can still access your device's Internet browser (e.g. Chrome) to log in and manage your accounts via Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.
