Small business lending applications <$1 million:

  • Lodgement for refinance applications: Friday 30 May 2025
  • Lodgement for purchase applications: Friday 6 June 2025
  • Additional documentation required for assessment: Friday 6 June 2025
  • Returning loan and security documentation: Friday 13 June 2025

Settlement can only proceed when all required documents are executed correctly and returned, conditions are met, and identity documents successfully completed
