Changes to your offset facility are complete
The Farm Management Deposit (FMD) offset facility was removed on 1 July 2026.
If you’re an existing customer
Your FMD account remains available. The only change is that it no longer includes an offset facility.
If you nominate a new or existing account before 30 June 2026 for your FMD account interest, we’ll pay the interest into that account.
Didn’t nominate a new account or change the interest redirection account on or before 30 June 2026?

FMD accounts no longer include an offset facility. We have a range of alternative accounts that may suit your needs. Please contact your relationship manager or call us on 13 11 75 to chat through your options.
What does this mean for me?
When did the offset facility removal come into effect?
All FMD offsets were removed on 1 July 2026.
What do I need to do?
- If you nominated a new or existing account for your FMD account interest to be paid into, you don’t need to do anything.
- If you didn’t nominate an account on or before 30 June 2026, please contact your relationship manager immediately or call us on 13 11 75.
Is anything else changing?
No – apart from the removal of the offset facility, your FMD account stays the same. The changes are reflected in the FMD Product Information Disclosure.
Can I use a Farm Management Deposit Account to offset a loan?
No, not anymore. All FMD offset facilities were removed on 1 July 2026.
FMD accounts are still available and you can keep using them as outlined in the Product Information Disclosure.
