You can manage your repayments from your Suncorp Bank account via Internet Banking, the Suncorp Bank App or by contacting us on 13 11 75. If you have a direct debit set up to make repayments to your home loan, you can contact us by sending us a Secure Message through Internet Banking. In your message, please include:

• Loan account number
• Commencement date for loan payment to be debited
• Frequency of the direct debit 

If you’re making repayments from an external bank account, you’ll need to contact your other bank to change or cancel your repayments.
