If you hold an Eligible Account with an Eligible Card^‡ and you are 18 years of age or older, you will automatically be eligible for enrolment into the Feel Good Rewards program.

You can be eligible for the Feel Good Rewards program and not receive email marketing communications from the Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries or email marketing communications from the Feel Good Rewards program. However, if you would like to receive email marketing communications from Feel Good Rewards, including the newest offers, you must consent to receive email marketing communications from Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries.

There are two ways to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Suncorp Bank and its applicable subsidiaries.

Via Internet Banking

• Log in to Internet Banking with your Client ID and password.
• Select ‘Settings & Security’.
• Click ‘Marketing preferences.’
• Turn on ‘receive marketing emails’. 

Via Suncorp Bank App

• Log in to the App
• Tap ‘More’ on the bottom right corner of the home screen.
• Select ‘Marketing preferences.’
• Turn on ‘receive marketing emails’.
