How do I create a Business Payments Credit from an existing template? 

  1. Log into Internet Banking and click ‘Business Payments Credit’ from the left-hand menu. 
  2. Under Set Up New Business Payment, select ‘Saved Template’ then choose the account linked to the template you wish to use.
  3. A list of saved templates will appear. Select the one you want to use.
  4. You can edit existing transactions or add new payments as required, then save the changes you’ve made to the template, or submit the Business Payment as normal.
