What does this mean for you?

Although we have a new website address, we are the same, secure Suncorp Bank. The way you manage your banking online hasn’t changed, although you will need to access your Internet Banking through our new website address instead. Here’s what you should be aware of.

Suncorp Insurance information has remained on suncorp.com.au

Internet Banking

Internet Banking hasn’t changed. It has the same great features and services you already know.

You can log into Internet Banking at suncorpbank.com.au

The Suncorp Bank App

Mobile banking with the Suncorp App and Suncorp Secured App is still available, just with new names: the Suncorp Bank App and the Suncorp Bank Secured App. To manage eligible Suncorp Insurance policies, download the Suncorp Insurance App.*  

What updates have we made to Our Privacy Policy?

Our Privacy Policy explains the way in which we handle the personal information of our customers and other stakeholders.

It’s important to keep in mind that your personal information will still be handled by Suncorp Bank.

We’ve updated Our Privacy Policy to:

  • explain that we will no longer share your information with entities within the Suncorp Group;
  • explain the reasons why we will share your personal information within the ANZ Group to operate our business;
  • clarify the types of personal information we collect, and how we use and disclose that personal information;
  • update our contact details to help you get in contact with us and to explain how you can make a complaint.
