How can I close a Carbon Insights Account?
To close your Carbon Insights Account via the Suncorp Bank App:
- Log in to the Suncorp Bank App
- In the ‘Accounts’ tab in the menu bar, tap the 'cog wheel' in the top left corner to open 'Manage banking'
- Select 'Close Account'
- Choose the account you'd like to close, and follow the prompts
You can also ask us to close your Carbon Insights Account by contacting us by Secure Message via Internet Banking or by calling us.
