Important information about changes to your Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card
As of Monday, 24 November 2025, the arrangement between Suncorp Bank and National Australia Bank (NAB), the issuer of Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Cards, has ended.
For Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card holders, this page will help you understand the transition to your new MyCard Credit Card account. National Australia Bank (NAB) continues to be the credit provider and issuer of your MyCard Credit Card. We understand this is a meaningful change, so we’ve provided some information below to assist you with the transition.
What does this mean for you?
You have been issued a new MyCard Credit Card to replace your previous Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card. Once your new MyCard Credit Card is activated, your current physical Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card will no longer work for purchases or cash withdrawals.

If you have activated your MyCard Credit Card, your Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card will no longer be active and cannot be used to make purchases. You should cut your old card into several pieces – especially through the chip and magnetic strip – then dispose of it securely.
