Home loans in a company name
How will home loans in a company name work at ANZ?
Home loans held in a company name at ANZ do not have a redraw facility.
This means if your home loan is held in the name of a company, you’ll no longer have access to a redraw facility after your loan moves to ANZ.
Not all the information on this page will be relevant to you. Please refer to the email or letter that Suncorp Bank has sent you to understand how some of the key changes will impact your home loan.
If you haven’t received either email or letter, please contact us.
What does this mean for me?
If you’d like to keep access to any extra money you’ve paid on your loan (Cashback/redraw), you’ll need to withdraw it before your loan moves to ANZ.
If you leave this money in your loan before it moves to ANZ, it will be applied to your loan when it moves to ANZ. This may also mean your ANZ minimum repayment is closer to what you currently pay at Suncorp Bank.
If your Home Loan in a Company Name has no outstanding balance (including due to available advance funds being applied), visit the Home loans with no outstanding balance page for more information.
Once your loan has moved to ANZ, you won’t be able to withdraw these funds.
Your fixed rate loans
If you have a fixed rate loan and have paid an advance amount, you’ll need to book an appointment to speak with one of our home loan specialists about your options.
What if I still want access to redraw funds?
Home loans held in a company name do not have access to a redraw facility at ANZ.
If you want access to available Cashback/redraw funds, you’ll need to submit a cashback withdrawal request to withdraw some or all of your funds in your Cashback/redraw before the move.
What do I need to do before the move?
If you have advance funds in your home loans held in a company name, decide if you want to access them. If you do, you’ll need to submit a cashback withdrawal request to transfer your available Cashback/redraw into your preferred account before your home loan moves to ANZ.
