Access Mobile Banking via suncorpbank.com.au/m

  • Save this as a favourite on your mobile device For iPhones, click the centre 'arrow' symbol and choose 'Add to Home Screen' to create an icon for your iPhone.
  • Access an ATM locator, view interest & foreign exchange rates
 Logon

Logon to Mobile Banking

 

  • Simply enter your Customer ID, Password and token code (if you use one) to logon.
 Balances

Balances

 

  • You can access all of your account balances.
  • Each account has a quick link to your recent transactions

 

 

 Transfer Money

Transfer Money

 

  • Here you can transfer money to your own Suncorp Bank accounts, other Suncorp Bank accounts and to external accounts at other banks or financial institutions (you'll need your ETP or security token when performing an external transfer).
  • Transfers can be setup to be processed immediately, in the future (up to 12 months from setup date) or recurring (weekly, fortnightly and monthly).
  • Frequent transfer details you have saved in Internet Banking will be available in Mobile Banking.
  • You can approve transfers that require multiple approvals.
  • You can view/cancel your future dated transfers you have scheduled.

 

 

 

 BPAY

Bpay - Pay Bills

 

  • Here you can pay bills using BPAY. All you will need is the biller code and your customer reference number.
  • Transfers can be setup to be processed immediately, in the future (up to 12 months from setup date) or recurring (weekly, fortnightly and monthly).
  • Frequent billers you have saved in Internet Banking will be available in Mobile Banking.
  • You can approve Bpay payments that require multiple approvals.
  • You can view your future dated Bpay payments you have scheduled.

 

 

 

 BPAY View

 View Bills - Bpay View


  • If your biller offers BPAY View, you can see summary details of your bills and even download a PDF of the bill.
  • Once you receive a bills, you can choose 'Pay Now' an a Bpay payment will be created with all the details automatically entered for you.
Business Payments

Approve Business Payments Credit

  • If you have setup a business payment credit that requires further approval, another party can logon to Mobile Phone Banking and approve the payment whilst outside the office or on the go.
  • You can also view any outstanding Business Payments Credit requiring approval and future dated Business Payments.
