February 25 - New Look for Internet Banking
We've updated Internet Banking to have a more modern look. See below for screenshots.
Note that we won't ever send you an email with 'logon to internet banking' links or asking you to 'review/verify' any information via email. Always logon to Internet Banking via suncorpbank.com.au
Changes will go live on February 25.

December 2011
View Pending Transactions on your Visa Debit Card
- View pending transactions (known as authorisations) on your Visa Debit Card. When you use your Visa Debit Card and push credit, an authorisation process occurs. While the transaction is 'settling' it will appear in the "Pending Authorisations" list in your quick transaction history.
- Note that pending transactions aren't treated as 'official' transactions until they drop into your normal transaction history list.
New Alerts
- We've redesigned the alerts icons you see when you logon to be brighter and fresher.

Save Your Customer ID in Mobile Banking
- You can now save your Customer ID on your phone when you use Mobile Banking.
Profiles Available
- You can now setup multiple profiles within Internet Banking. This allows you to allocate accounts into 'views' and be able to toggle between them.
- If you have personal and business accounts, you can split your accounts into separate profiles yet only need one logon.
September 2011
Save Receipts as PDF
- You can now save receipts for transfers and payments you've just completed or that you access via transaction history search. Just look for the Save as PDF button.
- This is handy if you need to email a copy to someone. You can also save the 'My Interest' page as a PDF too.
Improved advanced search options
- You can now search for 90 and 180 days if you complete an advanced transaction search. You can also search for BPAY charity donations or fees by ticking the relevant boxes. This may be handy for tax time or if you're reconciling your accounts.
View fee detail breakdown
- Fees are typically charged monthly on the anniversary date of when you opened your account. If you see an entry for fees in your transaction history, you'll now have a 'view fee details' link that gives you a summary of fees charged, what fee-free thresholds you may be entitled to and totals.
- This may be handy to see if you're using the right account for your needs. If you wish to see if we can find a better account for you, simply speak to us.
Below is an example of our new fee summary area:

Multi-external transfer feature
- You can now pay several payees at other banks in the one transfer. Your frequent transfer lists will populate into a grid and then all you need to do is enter amounts and references for the ones you want to use.
- This is available in the Transfer Money menu.
Multi-BPAY feature
- You can now pay several BPAY bills at once within the same payment. Your frequent biller list will populate into a grid and then all you need to do is enter an amount for the billers you want to pay.
- This is available in the BPAY - Pay Bills menu.
July 2011
Improved User Interface for Mobile Banking
- We've redesigned Mobile Banking to be even easier to use by removing screens and designing a simpler menu to allow you to complete the tasks you want faster. View a walkthrough of Mobile Banking.
Exporting of BPAY Billers
- Be able to easily export your BPAY frequent biller list to a CSV/excel file for easy reference.
May 2011
Editing of transfers and payments
- Be able to edit recurring and future dated transfers and BPAY payments (except for transfers and payments setup from 2 to sign accounts).
Access receipts for transfers and BPAY payments
- If checking your transaction history, you'll be able to access receipts for all of your completed transfers and BPAY payments.
Search by a dollar range or amount
- If you're looking for a transaction for a particular dollar amount or a range such as a transaction between $10 and $50, use the new option available in the advanced transaction history function.
Export your frequent transfer accounts list
- Be able to easily export your frequent transfer list to a CSV/excel file for easy reference.
Quickly see a total of interest earned or paid on your accounts
- If you need to get a calculation of the total of interest paid or earned on your accounts (especially for tax time), simply use the tick boxes in the 'My Interest' function that will add up the total of all ticked accounts.
Improvements to my recent International Money Transfers
- We've included more detail in the 'recent international money transfer' function to allow for easier reference of recent payments.
Merchant search for credit card transactions
- If you have a transaction in your Clear Options Visa Card history that you're not sure of, you can click the '?' symbol which will load a search using the description for you. This may be handy if for example, a company has a different merchant name to the store you made a purchase at.
March 2011
Access to our new Cash Passport
- Cash Passports are prepaid travel money cards designed specifically for the overseas traveller and can be purchased via Internet Banking. Learn more by going to our Cash Passport page.

- You can now add a new frequent transfer recipient or details for a BPAY bill without having to complete a transaction first. You can also add a nickname to your saved BPAY billers for easier identification.
Switch easily between the full and mobile version of Internet Banking
- Since mobile devices and tablets are constantly changing, you can now specify which version of Internet Banking you want to use: full or mobile.
- We'll detect whether you have a mobile device or not but if you wish to override this, just click the links on the top right of Mobile Banking or in the left hand menu in the full version of Internet Banking.
- Mobile Banking can be accessed by going to m.suncorpbank.com.au
