What are My Favourites?
If you have functions that you use regularly in Internet Banking, you can assign up to 5 of them as a favourite. Your favourites will appear as a personalised list underneath the logoff link.
Adding Favourites
To add a favourite:
- Click on Add your favourite links
- In the Add New Favourite section, choose which function you want from the list and select Add Link. Up to 5 favourites can be added.
- Once you are back in the main menu, you can click Manage My Favourites to return to the Add Favourites
Editing Favourites
To edit a favourite:
- Click on Manage my favourites link at the bottom of your favourites list
- To edit the position of your favourite links, grab the link with your mouse and shift up or down within the table.
- To delete a link, click the delete link
- Your changes will be automatically saved. Once you're done, you can return to another function.
