Win one of five $100 Coles-Myer Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions

  2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. While we welcome feedback from all Australian residents, entry into the draw for the Coles-Myer gift cards is restricted to QLD, SA, NT and Tasmanian residents only. Participants from NSW, Victoria, WA and ACT will not be eligible for the draw. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
  5. Entries for the promotion open at 9am on 1st July 2011 and close at 5pm on 31st August 2011 ("the Competition Period").
  6. Employees and their immediate families of: the Promoter and each of its related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter the competition.
  7. To enter the promotion, the Suncorp website survey must be fully completed and submitted within the Competition Period.
  8. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entrants can only enter in their own name and complete one survey form.
  9. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state regulation.
  10. The draw will take place at the Suncorp Plaza, Corner of Turbot and Albert Streets, Brisbane at 12pm (AEST) on 16th September 2011. The first five valid entries drawn will each win a $100 Coles Myer Gift Card. If invalid, the next valid entry drawn will win. For each draw, the judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The winners will be notified by telephone and advised in writing. The winners do not need to be present for the draw.
  12. Should the prize for the promotion remain unclaimed as at 12pm, 17 December 2011 (AEST), the promoter may conduct a further draw as is necessary in order to distribute the prize(s) at Suncorp Plaza, Corner of Turbot and Albert Streets on 17 December 2011 at 12pm (AEST). The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and in writing.
  13. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  14. All additional ancillary costs relating to the redemption of the prize not specified in these terms and conditions are the responsibility of the winner

  16. All entries become property of the Promoter and entrant’s personal details will be stored at the Promoter’s address. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees or agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
    1. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether under the Promoter’s control);
    2. Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; or
    3. Any variation in prize value to that stated in the terms and conditions.
