Bpay®           

  • You can use Internet, Mobile or Phone Banking to top up your card at any time
  • Biller code - 50179, the customer reference number is your 16 digit card number
  • Remember that Bpay top-ups generally take up to 2 business days to process 

 

How to use your card

  • Before your trip, pre-load your card with funds in the desired currency. Where possible you should use the currency of your destination. When this is not possible, it is best to check with a Suncorp Bank branch which currency is most appropriate. Once you are in your destination, you can use your card at any ATM displaying a Visa sign, just as you would use an ATM in Australia.
  • If you have a Debit Card, you can use your card to make EFTPOS purchases as well.
  • You can check your balance and transaction history, change your PIN and find your closest ATM at any time by revisiting the Cash Passport online platform:

Online ordering process

  1. Click on the Cash Passport link below. You will then be directed to an external Access Prepaid site.
  2. Choose the required currency and product type.
  3. You will then be asked to enter your personal details and confirm your order details, including selecting a Suncorp Bank branch where you will collect your card.
  4. You will be sent an email providing a Biller Code and Reference Number you need to make your Bpay® payment. You need to pay within 4 hours. Once your payment is received the order will be dispatched to your designated Suncorp Bank branch. Delivery may take up to 5 business days from when the payment is received.
  5. During the advised collection period take your Confirmation email and Australian Drivers Licence or a current valid Passport to the designated Suncorp Bank branch to collect your card.

Online order limits

There is a minimum and maximum amount that you can order per 24 hour period;

  • Cash Passport minimum order AUD$1000 equivalent
  • Cash Passport minimum reload AUD $1000 equivalent
  • Maximum order amount AUD$10,000

Lower minimum order and reload limits apply for in branch transactions.

Support for your Cash Passport

  • If your card is lost or stolen, you can contact Access Prepaid to arrange for replacement cards or emergency funds FREE of charge. Please refer to the reverse side of your card or visit www.onlinetravelmoney.com.au/suncorpbank for contact phone numbers and procedures.
  • There are over 1 million Visa ATMs worldwide from which you can withdraw local currency. To check on their location visit www.onlinetravelmoney.com.au/suncorpbank and select ATM locator.
  • Your Cash Passport is valid for three years from activation which means you can use the same card for more than one holiday during that period. You must attend at a Suncorp Bank branch to close your card and the remaining balance will be refunded to your Suncorp Bank account in AUD$ within 48 hours of completing an Encashment Form.

There are 2 Types of Cash Passports available

Cash Passport ATM card
  • Can be used to access local currency from VISA ATMs while travelling
  • PIN protected
  • Available in AU$, EU€, GBP£, HK$ ,NZ$ ,SG$ and US$
Cash Passport Debit card
  • Can be used to access local currency from VISA ATMs and to make purchases from retailers while travelling overseas (EFTPOS).
  • PIN or signature required
  • AU$, EU€,GB£,NZ$ and US

Fees

Cash Passport

 1% of $AUD value (min $10 max $100).
