How Cash Passports work

• Cash passports can be purchased in Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Euros and Great British Pounds
• 2 cards are given so you can give one to someone else or have a backup
• You pre-purchase currency at the applicable rate which is then applied to your cards so the exchange rate is locked in giving you piece of mind.
• You then can use the cards overseas to withdraw cash via foreign ATMs

Topping up and managing your Card

• Once you have purchased your Cash Passport, you can manage your cards by logging into www.cashpassport.com you can check your balance and transaction history, change your PIN and find an ATM.
• You can either top up your card by visiting a branch or via BPAY. The biller code is 50179 and the customer reference number is your 16 digit card number. BPAY top-ups generally take up to 48 hours to process. Branch top-ups can generally be processed on the same day.

Support for your Cash Passport

• If your card is lost or stolen, you can contact Travelex who can arrange replacement cards or emergency funds. Please refer to the Cash Passport Brochure for contact phone numbers and procedures.
