How the Package works

An essential component of the Money Manager - My Home Package is having an Everyday Options Account1

  • You can use the Everyday Options Account as an everyday and savings account to manage your money.  You have the option to have your salary directly deposited into it, making it easier to access you day-to-day money. Plus, you can link up to 9 high interest  savings accounts (called “sub” accounts) to  help you manage your savings and expenses.
  • Unlimited fee free Suncorp Bank transactions and no monthly account keeping fee when the Everyday Options Account is included in the Package.
  • You can also choose to operate your Everyday Options account in offset mode2. Simply link the account to your Standard Variable rate loan and start saving on the interest by offsetting your loan balance against the savings in your Everyday Options account.

  • No upfront establishment fees or ongoing account keeping fees on Standard Variable Rate, Fixed Rate and Asset Line Home Loans in the Package4
Repayment Flexibility
  • Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments. Make repayments direct from a Suncorp Transaction Account, in a branch, over the phone or via the internet.
Discounts
  • If you have multiple home loans with Suncorp Bank, we also offer a Combined Value Discount option that may assist in helping you reach that goal of paying off your loan sooner.
  • This option takes into account the combined value of your home loans with Suncorp Bank and applies a discount margin to the interest rate for applicable loans3
Total Home Lending between $150,000 and $249,999 - a discount of 0.50% p.a. (approximate savings value of $500 per $100,000 loan balance outstanding)
  • Total Home Lending between $250,000 and above - a discount of 0.70% p.a. (approximate savings value of $700 per $100,000 loan balance outstanding)

  • Suncorp and GIO Home Insurance Discounts - when you apply for a home loan, ask one of our Home Lending Specialists about our special insurance offers.
Credit Cards7
  • Choose from the Standard or Gold Suncorp Clear Options Credit Cards and you won’t pay the annual card fee for as long as you are in this Package.
Personal Loans
  • When you have this Package, you wont pay any upfront Loan Establishment Fees or monthly account keeping fees on Suncorp Bank Personal Loans8
Deposit Kick Start
  • Use the equity in the home of a family member or friend towards the purchase of your new owner occupied home.
  • We may lend you up to 110%9 of the purchase price or valuation; whichever is the lower amount.
  • You will save money as Lenders Mortgage Insurance is not required.
Financial Planning10
  • Complimentary consultation with a Financial Planner - A Suncorp Bank Financial Planner can explain the range of services available including superannuation management, retirement planning, tax planning, and investment planning and risk management taking into account your current financial circumstances.
  • You may then decide if you want to move to the next stage and have a financial plan prepared.  A fee may be charged if a financial plan is prepared.
Statements
  • Statements are issued every 6 months or more often if you request this.
Package Fee
  • Annual Fee of $300 charged at a rate of $25 per month (in arrears) under your Everyday Options account terms and conditions
