TIP: If you are new to Suncorp Bank as a Home Loan customer, and/or would like to arrange for pre-approval at your appointment, it will assist your lender if you have some supporting documentation. For example:
- Personal ID (eg recent drivers licence, or as a new Suncorp customer we will require 100 points of ID)
- Proof of income (eg payslips, or if you are self-employed; financial statements for the past two years)
- Proof of residence (eg rates notices, rent receipts, or statements of board payments)
- Proof of current liabilities (eg credit card statements, personal loan statements etc)
- Proof of any non-Suncorp Bank savings (eg saving account statements, term deposit statements etc)
