You can also use the card to pay for items in shops or restaurants. Just use it as you would use your normal Debit or Credit card. The difference is that you will be spending in the local currency, so you always know how much you have left, and won’t be stung by hefty foreign exchange conversion fees7.

Another great advantage is that the Multi-currency Cash Passport is completely separate to your usual bank account. Use “My Account” to keep track of your Multi-currency Cash Passport™
You can now check your balance online, review your transaction history, transfer money between currencies along with monitor the status of your reloads.

24/7 Global emergency assistance
No matter what the time, whatever the place, you can contact the dedicated Cash Passport support team to help you, should you lose your Multi-currency Cash Passport, have it stolen or if you’re unable to access your money.
The card services team will then make arrangements to minimise the impact this will have on your trip, by either getting you access to emergency cash from the balance of your card and/or couriering you your new card direct to your destination.
Don't forget, that should you lose your primary card - you can still use your secondary card that was issued to you. This means you will continue to have access to your prepaid funds without having to wait for a replacement. Please note however that you must still contact card services to inform them of your lost or stolen primary card.
Lost both cards? Need access to money?
We have you covered. The card services team can organise replacement cards and if necessary, start the procedure for disputing unauthorised transactions while arranging funds (up to the balance on your card) to be directly sent to you.
Usually the funds can be sent to you within 2 hours, though it could be up to 24 hours for more remote locations.
