Step One: Exploring Your Options

Step Two: Contact Us

Made your choice? The next step is to let us know. You can enquire online, or call us on 13 11 75. We'll get back to you within 24-48 working hours.


Step Three: The Conversation

Up next is a conversation with one of our Payment Specialists. They’ll answer any questions you have about our services, and help you decide which solution is best for your business.


Step Four: The Application

Once you are happy with your choice, it’s time to apply.

Together with your Small Business Manager, you’ll complete, sign, and date your application form, and submit all the necessary supporting documents for approval.


Step Five: Approval

What happens next?

Well, at this stage your application will be reviewed, and, if it meets our approval policy, it will be forwarded on to the Fulfilment Team.

How long will this take?

From the time you submit your application, the whole process takes no longer than 7 business days.


Step Six: Fulfilment

Your application has been successful, what happens next?

Upon approval of your application, you will be sent a Letter of Offer.

In this letter we’ll communicate to you your Merchant Number.


Step Seven: Installation

Our team of experienced technicians will call you to set an appointment to come and install your terminal, and provide you with training on how to use it.

For all Online Payment Solutions

Our remote installation team will call you, and over the phone will assist you in getting your Online Payment Solution up and running.
