Zero Floor limits
When using your manual imprinter due to your eftpos terminal being faulty, please remember to:
- Report your faulty eftpos terminal by calling 1800 836 055
- Call 1300 301 221 for authorisation on all Visa and MasterCard Cards regardless of the floor limit previously provided to you on your original Letter of Offer.
- Call 1800 836 055 for authorisation on eftpos Debit Card transactions that are over your floor limit provided to you on your original Letter of Offer.
