I received a message that my Token is about to expire. What does this mean?

Tokens expire after 5 years. The token expiry date is printed on the back of the token, as per the photo above. We will send you an alert in Internet Banking before your token expires, so that you can order a new one. Please order and activate a new token before your old token expires, otherwise you may have difficulties logging into Internet Banking.

If you no longer wish to use a token, please call us on 13 11 75 so that we can make the necessary changes to your login information. Please note, if it is a requirement that you have a token in order to use Internet Banking, you will need to get a new one when the old one expires.
