I have a receipt which was approved, but I haven’t been paid for the purchase. The merchant receipt shows ‘transaction approved with signature’, but the customer’s receipt shows ‘declined signature mismatch’.

The ‘signature verified – yes’ button wasn’t pushed at the time of the sale, therefore the transaction has reversed back and the transaction will need to be reprocessed. In order to be paid for the transaction, you will need to advise us that the transaction needs to be reprocessed and provide a copy of the receipt.
