If you’re looking for repayment certainty but want the flexibility to make extra repayments, the My Home Package offers you the best of both worlds. It lets you split the loan any way you want by choosing how much you would like to be fixed and how much you would like to be variable e.g. 75% fixed, 25% variable. The fixed rate portion gives you security and peace of mind knowing your interest rate won’t change while the variable rate portion offers you the flexibility to make repayments anytime you want.
