What’s involved?

  • completing the Resident Letting Agent (RLA) licence course
  • completing a verification report
  • completing legal due diligence
  • body corporate approval
  • setting up financial services (e.g. letting trust account)
  • settlement
  • installing banking services (e.g. EFTPOS)
  • obtaining the RLA licence.
